We only collect personally identifiable information, such as name, address and golfing profile that you specifically and voluntarily provide to us via our Website in the course of, for example, registering for newsletters or events.

We will securely store any personally identifiable information submitted by you on our customer information database which is on a secure server. All payment transactions will be encrypted. Where you have a password to gain access to certain parts of our site, it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone.


We will use your personally identifiable information to expedite your request (and any similar future requests). We endeavour to keep an accurate record of any information collected, and we will retain it as long as necessary to service your current request and any similar future requests (such as repeat bookings), or until we receive a written request that we delete this information.
